All technicians performing a treatment must be able to verify to a reasonable degree (by way of customer verification or visible verification) the type of infestation and relay the options to the customer as to the available treatment and procedures recommended for treatment. Technician is to employ, to the best of his knowledge, non chemical solutions when available.

4. 24 Hour Service: Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn,, offers 24 hour service, and is usually available for emergency 24 hour service, which should not be confused with the other. We are available for service to any location within our service area, 24 hours a day and strive to be available for all 24 hour emergency service also. ( We cannot be held responsible for failure to provide service due to natural, mechanical, industrial, and or personal occurrences that would prevent a scheduled and or unscheduled appointment)

5. Maintenance Service: Customer will be able to reserve a regular maintenance service, if accepted by the customer and Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn,, only if scheduled within 90 days of initial service, and only when deemed pest free by a trained technician from Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn,.

6. Cancelations: Due to the cost of Labor and Fuel, Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc will charge a $65.00 service fee for any cancelations that are not made with 24 hours notice.

7. If a customer is treated for an infestation and the warrantee is expired, the customer will have the option to treat the premises again for a 10% discount as long as it is within one year of the initial treatment.

8. Senior citizens: All senior citizens will be given a 10% discount when requested.

9. For the sum of the quoted price, Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. will provide treatment as deemed necessary for the control of the target pest for a period that will be stated on the guarantee, at which time the customer has the option to renew this contract for an additional period for an additional fee.

10. Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, will conduct a thorough inspection and treatment for the control of all pests and after a 10 day period, will retreat the premises only if clear and active evidence of the treated pest is still present, in which case a re-treatment will be rendered at no additional cost to the customer, and once again a 10 day period must be allowed for optional results.

11. Customer understands that that Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn,’s liability under this contract is limited to providing a Remedial Treatment Only, and in no way, implied or otherwise, is Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. responsible for the repair or replacement of any content of structure.

12. Also, Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, will not be in any way held responsible for the damage to linens, furniture, mattresses, upholstery, or any other damage that might be caused by pests.

13. Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. is not responsible for any expenses related to medical evaluation or treatment for bites associated with pests. Also Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. will not be responsible for loss of income, personal injury, damage from moisture, including but not limited to mold, whether visible or not, nor any damage from wood destroying insects.

14. Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. will apply pest control products in accordance with the directions of the manufacturers of the products; United States EPA approved label and the requirements of state and federal laws and regulations.

15. Control is defined as the periodic eradication of existing Pest infestation within practical limits.

16. Employees of Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc. under no circumstances are permitted to sell, give, or receive any restricted use pesticides from or to any customer, and or any other entity, not affiliated, and duly certified, with both New York State DEC and Abolish Pest Control Serving Beorum Hill Brooklyn, Inc.

17. All technicians are required to triple rinse, and render unusable, (by way of cutting or puncturing) any and all containers that have come into contact in any way with any restricted and or non restricted use pesticide before they are discarded.
